Preliminary Interviews
In anticipation of the 2011 Broad Superintendents Academy session, qualified candidates will be invited to participate in individual phone interviews, conducted on a rolling basis. We may also include an in-person and/or video interview supplemental to the initial phone interviews. |

Final Interviews
Following the preliminary phone interviews, qualified candidates will advance to the final interview stage. These candidates are asked to attend a day of in-person interviews, either in Dallas, TX, or in Los Angeles, CA. The Broad Superintendents Academy will cover travel expenses associated with in-person interviews.
Candidates selected to join the 2011 Broad Superintendents Academy cohort will be contacted within five weeks from the date of their final in-person interview with an offer to join the following season. Offers are contingent upon thorough background and reference checks. |
